Well, after nearly two years or planning, the time has arrived! We had a great rehearsal last night (our last rehearsal for the trip) and got some great coverage from WZZM TV 13 at the rehearsal.
Tomorrow 3 of us fly to Oahu to take care of getting our rental equipment and some last minute meetings, and then Saturday the rest of the band arrives. They bus to and fly out of Detroit....thank heavens the major snow is supposed to hold off until Sunday so we shouldn't have any flight delays.
We're all pretty excited about having this opportunity, which wouldn't have happened without the support of so many people in our community. Thank You......or I should say, Mahalo!
